Facilitating access to relevant information regarding copyright and related rights in Romania and the European Union, through the development and publication of a guide dedicated to the cultural and creative sector.

Creating a documentary resource archive that brings together legislative, institutional, and best practice sources at national and European level, useful for cultural institutions, artists, and publishers.

Developing a methodology oriented toward practical application, to support the correct use of protected works, repertoire in the public domain, and editorial editions.

Promoting a coherent and responsible approach to copyright management, in accordance with the Romanian and European regulatory framework.

Collecting data and perspectives from the cultural sector through a questionnaire addressed to institutions, artists, and other relevant stakeholders, with a view to identifying real information needs.
